NOVUZEIT has released Sizzle Spine, is a step-sequenced FX unit designed for new forms of distortion.
Sizzle Spine allows subtle-to-extreme destruction effects by step-sequencing columns of various distortion FX units. Various step-types are available such as cycling, skipping, random, and reverse. The step-sequencer speed can be controlled by hand or internal automation. The step-through FX included are Waveshapers, Bitcrushers, "Rectizers", and Delays. Sizzle Spine also has a global Delay and LFO driven Analog Filter, as well as incoming and outgoing Audio Clipping controls.
Sizzle Spine is available as a VST effect plug-in for Windows and costs $19.95. The full version includes 50 presets and a user's manual. An unrestrictive demo version is available along with audio MP3 clips.
