A new beta version of Sonasphere, the "kinetically driven interactive music environment" for OS X, has been released.
Changes in v1.2b (build 14):

- Textured walls; responsive to objects impact.

- Environment Settings palette moved to the side to allow more screen space.
- Select/Connection/Guide tools introduced.
- New AU Palette icons.
- New Environment Settings icons.
- Improved Tooltips.
- Functionality:
- Panther compatible.
- New Input Object to stream audio into the Sonasphere environment from outside sources.
- Camera Flyby toggle. Automated camera flyby zooming in and out.
