Woodman's Immaculate Maple Syrup Studio updates WoodSynth to v3.2 with expanded CV out, extra 3D panning modes and improved Wavetable support
Woodman's Immaculate Maple Syrup Studio has updated WoodSynth to v3.2 with expanded CV out, extra 3D panning modes and improved Wavetable support.
CV output source signals added on top of the existing note, ADSR and LFOs:
- Aux Envelope.
- Channel Pressure.
- Velocity.
- Mod Wheel.
- Expression Pedal.
- CC 74.
- Sequencer Param2, Param3, Step Up, Step Down.
All CV out settings can now be loaded from the preset (new checkbox in the CV panel).
Wavetable/Samples oscillator new features:
- Added a control for an Anti-Aliasing filter.
- Added a smoothing control used when the wave number is changed manually or by modulation.
- Added a fade control used at the start and end of each sample loop.
The 3D or surround panning (MacOS) can now be modulated by the sequencer:
- Step up/down.
- Parameter 2 and parameter 3 values.
- Independent for the main signal and the delay signal.
- Independent for X, Y and Z directions.
The expanded view got a small UI update in the source panels: removed the source selection as all panels are always viable.
The MacOS AU instrument plugin now has 4 extra stereo out busses which each output one of the 4 layers (the main bus outputs the mix of all layers).
Fixed bugs:
- Fixed bug in multi-point ADSR Release: releasing the last note did re-trigger the release of the other voices.
- Fixed bug in Samples auto gain: was not used on all voices.
- Fixed bug in Wavetables: "Inter Slice" was not working.
- Fixed bug in Random Slice Start in Wavetables.
- Fixed crash bug when resizing window and Wavetable was shown.
- Fixed sizing bug of Source Panel in Classic view on iOS.
