This is a systematic capture of a Jensen Vintage Ceramic C15K speaker, from the Vintage Series, installed on a 1x15" open back enclosure, for a total of 608 IRs, developed in conjunction with a Jensen Speakers product specialist, in order to recreate the most authentic playing experience, as if you were playing an original speaker.
The C15K is the contemporary version of the C15N and offers one of the fullest sounding tones in the entire range. With powerful basses, rich in the whole midrange and smooth but extended in the treble range, the C15K is a first choice for traditional jazz players, as well as for fusion and roots rock styles. Overloud's proprietary capturing with 19 mics in 16 positions showcases the versatility of the C15K.

Typically used in the vintage lower powered 12" amps for studio or practice, the C12R is a clear sounding, sparkling speaker, very sensitive to the character of amplifier. The C12K2 is a step forward from the C12K. It has a different cone membrane which grants a more extended treble response to increase the detail and the shimmer of the tone, yet retains a well contoured smoothness. Equally at home with clean and mid-gain crunch tones, the C12K2 offers an outstanding response to the player's touch. When used with higher gain tones, it offers a powerful, rounded, organic tone that delivers a full-bodied thickness to single note lead runs.

This is a systematic capture of a Jensen Vintage Alnico P15N speaker, from the Vintage Series, installed in a 1x15" Open Back enclosure, for a total of 608 IRs, developed in conjunction with a Jensen Speakers product specialist, in order to recreate the most authentic playing experience, as if you were playing an original speaker.
One of the first speakers ever used in a guitar amplifier, the P15N was loaded in the earliest Fender Bassman and Bandmaster amps, setting the milestone for those classic tones. The P15N delivers a warm, full bodied tone, with deep basses, and a nice, extended top end. Excellent for all different shades of clean and pushed clean tones. Captured in the classic 19 microphones/16 positions Overloud process.
JENSEN VINTAGE ALNICO P12Q - SUPERCAB IR LIBRARY (1216 IRS).
This is a systematic capture of a Jensen Vintage Alnico P12Q speaker, from the Vintage Series, installed in two different enclosures:
The P12Q is a lower power sibling to the P12N, with a smaller voice coil and a vintage steel basket, nicknamed the "hot dog" or "sausage" basket, because of the shape of the openings in its frame. Warm and balanced sounding, with a nice bite in the upper midrange, it is a very interesting allrounder, for many different applications from country and jazz tones to more aggressive rock and roll and blues application. Typically found in 'holy grail' amps such as the vintage Tweed Deluxe and other similar models as well as the Ampeg Jet, Gibson GA-20 and many more.
JENSEN VINTAGE ALNICO P10R-F - SUPERCAB IR LIBRARY (1216 IRS).
This is a systematic capture of a Jensen Vintage Alnico P10R-F speaker, from the Vintage Series, installed in two different enclosures:
Not strictly a "reissue" speaker, the P10R-F was born as a special edition of the P10R, developed in cooperation with Fender, for the Custom Shop '57 BandMaster and the 20th Anniversary Vibro-King amps. By means of a different cone membrane, the P10R-F has a warmer, 'aged' tone, and breaks up in a sweet, progressive manner. A very unique speaker for true Tone-Connoiseurs, captured in two vintage-built cabinets, by the typical array of 19 microphones in 16 positions.

The Tornado Stealth 80 may well be the Neodymium sibling of the ceramic powered Electric Lightning. It is extremely efficient, with slightly scooped mids, and it shines in the cleanest as well as in the heaviest tonal applications. The TR S 80 delivers exceptional punch and attack, retaining all the clarity needed for palm-muted riffs and power chords, as well as crystal clear clean rhythm playing. Captured in a selection of modern build cabinets, by 19 Microphones in 16 positions each, it's a great example of a modern voiced speaker, tuned for contemporary applications.

The Electric Lightning 10 shines and shimmers with clean tones, because of its exceptional response in the treble range. The midrange and bass may seem slightly subdued, yet the tonal balance is remarkably even. The Electric Lightning 10 cuts through any mix, with powerful articulation, as captured by the 19 microphones in each of the 16 positions that Overloud has perfected.
JENSEN FALCON 12 - SUPERCAB IR LIBRARY (608 IRS).
This is a systematic capture of a Jensen Falcon 12 speaker, from the Jet Series, installed in two different enclosures:
The Falcon 12 is a warm, full bodied, smooth sounding speaker, thanks to its exclusive seamed cone membrane, made by a unique blend of green cellulose pulp. The Falcon 12 has the ability of making small power amps sound bigger than life, with its trademark deep, powerful bass range. Paired with bright, present amps it will grant an evenly balanced tonal spectrum. Overloud's capturing process, 19 microphones in 16 positions, allows the widest variety of tones.
JENSEN VINTAGE ALNICO P10Q - SUPERCAB IR LIBRARY (1152 IRS).
The P10Q is the high power 10" Alnico in the Vintage Series, used in a handful of beautifully sounding amps such as the Tweed Super, Brownface Super among many others. The P10Q has a fierce tone, capable of great clarity, excellently detailed trebles, well supported by a rounded midrange and a warm, full bodied bass foundation. From the smallest 1x10 up to the classic 2x10 and 4x10 configurations, the P10Q shines in open back cabinets, that allow its wide frequency response to fill the room with a well balanced, harmonically rich response. The presence and cut that are typical of the best 10" speakers are perfectly captured by the 18 microphones' selection, in the Overloud exclusive 16 position array.
JENSEN BLACKBIRD 12-40 - SUPERCAB IR LIBRARY (608 IRS).
The Blackbird 40 is the first speaker in the Jet Series featuring the Jensen's exclusive Reinforced AlNiCo magnet technology, developed to increase the strength of the magnetic flux. The voice of the Blackbird 40 offers a powerful, controlled bass range and all the sparkly brilliance that is typical of the classic Jensen Speakers. Equally suited to clean, quasi-acoustic tones, to crunchy overdrive ones, up to powerfully distorted lead tones, the Blackbird 40 offers a very distinct yet versatile character. It suits a wide range of applications, form the traditional, warm, jazz, country, rock and blues tones, up to the fiercer brit-style power-chords and lead lines. The capturing process has focused on the 1x12 and 2x12 Open Back cabinets, the best suited to deliver the natural complexity of the Blackbird 40 tones; each cabinet has been mic'ed up with the usual Overloud assortment of 18 microphones, each in 16 different positions.
JENSEN NIGHTHAWK - SUPERCAB IR LIBRARY (912 IRS).
The Nighthawk shares with the Tornado Stealth 65 a special voice coil design. The vintage-style 1 ¾" (44mm) copper wound voice coil has been engineered to deliver that unique midrange grunt that characterize the "British Rock" tones. The Nighthawk has a powerful bass range, and the typical upper midrange "presence lift" that helps cutting through a busy mix. It excels with medium and high gain applications, for an '80s style hard & heavy tone. A highly efficient speaker, naturally at home in medium/large closed back 2x12 and 4x12 cabinets. In addition, it has been also optimized for a full bodied response in smaller open-back 1x12 enclosures. The Nighthawk offers a wide range of different tones depending on the microphone type and placement, making the best out of the Overloud 18mics/16position typical capturing process.

JENSEN VINTAGE ALNICO P8R - SUPERCAB IR LIBRARY (608 IRS).
One of the archetypal speakers in the range, the P8R has been installed in thousands of Champ and Princeton style amps for years. Slightly clearer sounding than the C8R, its ceramic cousin, the P8R shines in clean and slightly crunch applications, where the typical chime of the AlNiCo magnets helps the sparkling harmonics to bloom. As many tone connoisseurs well know, the 8" speakers may sound slightly small "in ambient" in their typical small open back cabinet, but deliver an incredibly balanced and extended tone, with their trademark immediacy well supported in the bass range by the proximity effect of the 18 microphones in the 16 positions as per the classic Overloud procedure.
JENSEN VINTAGE CERAMIC C15N - SUPERCAB IR LIBRARY (608 IRS).
The Blackface era sibling of the P15N is a powerful, unusually open sounding 15" speaker, with a cutting presence on the full range of frequencies. The C15N is very efficient and delivers dynamic, high-headroom and punchy tone from bass to trebles. It is the first-choice speaker for many pedal steel and blues players. It is very commonly found in Pro and Vibrolux amps in the '60s and is used in the low frequency drum of the Leslie 122 and 147 amplifiers. Housed in a vintage correct medium sized 1x15 cabinet, its full-bodied tone is realistically captured by the 18 microphones in 16 positions Overloud recipe.
JENSEN VINTAGE CERAMIC C10R - SUPERCAB IR LIBRARY (1216 IRS).
Developed in the early '60s as the ceramic version of the P10R, the C10R is revered for having been the speaker of the Blackface Princeton, the Princeton Reverb and then also Magnatone, Supro, Silvertone, Valco, Ampeg, Epiphone and countless others. The combination of the warm sounding circuits of that era and the bright, colorful tone of the C10R delivers magical tones in any recording session. You never go wrong with the 1x10 and 2x10 Open back enclosures that deliver a complex, sparkling tone into the 18 Overloud microphones, in any of the 16 placements of choice.
JENSEN VINTAGE C12K & N12K - SUPERCAB IR LIBRARY (1824 IRS).
While not strictly a vintage reissue, the C12K is the first original design that Jensen developed in the early '90s. It is tonally inspired by the classic vintage ceramic Jensen, but with a substantially stronger voice, full, solid bass and smooth top end. The C12K immediately became one of the speakers of choice for Fender, used in a myriad of world-selling models since then. Vintage tone with modern power handling and dynamics are the key virtues of the C12K, in the classic 1x12 and 2x12 Open Back enclosures, typical of the contemporary Fender combo amps, each captured with 18 mics in 16 positions each.
The N12K was developed in conjunction with Fender as the speaker for the new Fender Tone Master Deluxe Reverb and Twin Reverb. It delivers the same sound, character and dynamic feel of the classic Jensen C12K with half the weight, thanks to the exclusive Jensen Neodymium magnet design (the same magnet used in the Tornado series). The N12K exhibits a full bodied tone with a hint of a more "modern", transparent lower midrange, along with the same, remarkable headroom and just the right amount of treble, to sound clear and even. The cabinet selection is the same of the C12K: 1x12 and 2x12 Open Back, with 18 mics and 16 positions.
JENSEN TORNADO STEALTH 65 COMPACT CABS - SUPERCAB IR LIBRARY (608 IRS).
Few speakers speak 'classic rock' like the Neodymium powered Tornado Stealth 65. Sharing a similar 1 ¾" voice coil design with the Nighthawk, it delivers vintage and modern rock tones with ease and authority. With a well-controlled top end, a typical British-voiced midrange and fat, warm bass range, the Tornado Stealth 65 is an ideal choice for classic flavored rock tones. Very easy to drive for any amplifier, it allows even the smaller sized open back combo amps to rock with bigger-than-life tones. The Compact Cabs library includes the 1x12 in Open Back, Closed Back and Ported configuration. All cabs are captured with an extended 18 mics range, each in 16 different positions.
JENSEN TORNADO STEALTH 65 LARGE CABS - SUPERCAB IR LIBRARY (912 IRS).

JENSEN ELECTRIC LIGHTNING 12 - SUPERCAB IR LIBRARY (912 IRS).
A modern, authoritatively voiced speaker, the Electric Lighting exhibits punchy, fast basses and extended highs, with a slightly throaty midrange. It covers well the 'super cleans' and 'super overdrive' tones typical of the most contemporary pop and rock music, up to the most extreme hi-gain, detuned or baritone applications. Because of the extreme versatility of the EL 12/70, the capturing covered all possible applications, from the compact cabs, Open, Closed and Ported, up to the larger 2x12 Open and Closed Back, and the mighty 4x12 Closed Back, with 18 mics in 16 positions each.
JENSEN VINTAGE ALNICO P12N - SUPERCAB IR LIBRARY (1216 IRS).
The AlNiCo P12N is surely one of the most iconic Jensen speakers of the late '50s. Visually impressive because of the big bell cover on the magnet, it is the highest powered 12" speaker in the range. Among others, the P12N was used in the high-end amps of the time such as the Fender Tweed Twin. Crystal clear in the treble range with transparent mids and powerful but tight bass, it is the "King of Clean Tones", but can deliver powerful, gritty and greasy lead tones with a well pushed Tweed-style amp. The standard 18 mics in 16 positions Overloud capturing process translates an involving, realistic rendition of the 1x12 Open back and 2x12 Open back, "vintage correct" cabinets.

This is a systematic capture of a Jensen P10R AlNiCo speaker, from the Vintage series, installed in three different cabinets:
for a total of 864 IRs. The P10R is a 25W AlNiCo speaker, from the Vintage Series. It is a pivotal speaker in the history of Jensen speakers, as it has been installed in some of the most revered amplifiers in the American tone history, such as the Bassman Tweed*, the Super Tweed* and Brown, the Bandmaster* Tweed, not to mention the Vibrolux* Tweed, among many others.
