Worth noting that if you're using a mac, don't use use an unzipper to automatically unzip them. Theres a folder that contains the necessary mp4bank file, that starts with a period - mac doesn't like this. It may be it interprets it as hidden. Instead, use something like Winzip to view the contents of the zip file, and drag the mp4bank file over to your downloads folder.
