DDMF has announced that Envelope, which was released for desktop computers last month, is now the first of the DDMF plug-in line to be released in the new Audio Unit (v3) plugin format for iOS.
Envelope is a reverb plug-in. Its true stereo reverberation algorithm creates realistic acoustic spaces. Eight basic room models are contained in this unit, all of which can be tweaked in size, predelay, depth, low- and high-frequency content as well as stereo width. A dry-wet-control is also included, plus a carefully designed set of presets to get you started.
In DAWs like Cubasis, which support AU plug-ins under iOS, it can be loaded in multiple instances, just like you would expect it in a desktop environment.
Envelope is available in Apple's app store for $9.99.
More ports of DDMF plug-ins to iOS will follow soon.
