I am pleased to announce the release of Dark Vision, a vintage horror soundset for Diva.
Dark Vision is an homage to the horror film scores of the late 1970s and early 1980s, when pioneering composers armed with analog synthesisers reinvented the soundtrack of cinema.
The set contains 128 brand new patches inspired by composers such as John Carpenter, Alan Howarth, Fabio Frizzi, John Harrison, Claudio Simonetti, Charles Bernstein and Jay Chattaway as well as the contemporary musicians who continue their sonic legacy.
Inside you will discover ominous basses, keys, leads, pads, drones, bells, strings, sweeps, SFX and more. Most of the patches have parameters mapped to modwheel and aftertouch.
I hope that Dark Vision will appeal to anyone who produces music influenced by the iconic tones of horror cinema, whether you compose music for film or work in a genre such as Synthwave, Horror Disco or Dark Ambient.

Here is a demo where you can listen to a selection of 41 patches from the soundset, and if you have the patience there is another video on my YouTube channel that showcases all 128 patches:
