Propellerhead Software updates Reason to v10.1.1 (+9.5.3)

Propellerhead Software has updated Reason 10 (incl. Intro and Lite) to v10.1.1 and Reason 9 to v9.5.3. This update fixes a bug where Reason could freeze for a couple of seconds under macOS High Sierra 10.13.4 and later when using Hyper-threading audio rendering in certain scenarios, as we have reported previously.

However, please note that when using Hyper-threading audio rendering on High Sierra 10.13.4 and later you might still experience some graphic glitches where in previous cases there would've been a freeze. If you're experiencing problems with this, Propellerhead Software recommend turning Hyper-threading audio rendering off in Reason's Preferences - the General tab.

Reason/Intro/Lite 10.1.1 and Reason 9.5.3 Release Notes:

  • Fixed a bug where Reason could freeze for a couple of seconds under macOS High Sierra 10.13.4 and later when using Hyper-threading audio rendering. Please note that when using Hyper-threading audio rendering on High Sierra 10.13.4 and later you might still experience minor graphic glitches.
  • Fixed a bug where where the order of notes generated by Player devices could be different when playing and sending notes to track.
